Mr. Ayush Soni (IIT Kanpur)
Founder - (Ranthra)
Ayush Soni, founder of Ranthra and an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and a former AP faculty at Allen Career Institute, believes that true learning begins with thinking. His teaching philosophy is built around helping students learn how to think independently, so they can naturally understand the core of any subject. Strong grades then become a byproduct of this clarity.
Over the past six years, Ayush has taught more than 2,000 students in Advanced Placement (AP) and the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), with a large proportion of his students achieving top scores — including perfect 5s in AP exams. His teaching focuses on making students rethink topics they believe they already understand, uncovering hidden gaps and strengthening their fundamentals to a level where even complex problems begin to feel intuitive.
At Ranthra, the focus is not just on solving problems, but on building a way of thinking that stays with students far beyond the exam.
Mr. Ganesh Bharadwaj
(Faculty)
Mr. Ganesh, a former Physics faculty at Allen Career Institute, is known for pushing students beyond surface-level understanding and into true conceptual depth.
His teaching strategy involves helping students solve complicated problems rather than just relying on theoretical understanding.
A key aspect of his approach is giving students a realistic perception of exam difficulty, neither underestimating nor overestimating it. Through his teaching, he creates an environment that closely reflects the actual demands of the exam, ensuring students are not under any false sense of comfort, and they develop a clear awareness of what is required and prepare accordingly, so they can cperform under pressure.
Mr. Ganesh’s goal is not just to teach physics, but to build a level of clarity and preparedness where no question feels intimidating.
